Project Management

Entrust me with a project and I will manage the

  • organisation – people, processes, and meetings
  • communication – with and between involved stakeholders
  • time and costs – keeping the scope and reaching the goal within budget and time-frame
  • risks – detect, address, and escalate if needed
  • documentation – meticulously keep track

I’m experienced in various project management methodologies, especially agile and hybrid forms. I also enjoy coaching teams to support the transformation process towards a new framework.

  • SCRUM
  • Scaled agile framework (SAFe)
  • Agile IT
  • Hermes 5.1
  • Waterfall models
  • Hybrid forms (“WaterSCRUM”, partial Hermes, etc.)

Choosing a modus operandi

Agile methodologies are really powerful. However, I don’t always recommend the highest level of agility. In my understanding, the agility of an undertaking should always be a pragmatic choice, not an idealistic one. I believe it should reflect the desired level of innovation and the agility of each involved organisation and person. Or how we would say in Switzerland: as agile as possible, as rigid as necessary.
